No excuses!


Are you full of excuses?  I used to be too.  I hate exercise! It's boring! I have no one to workout with! It hurts! 

The excuses got me to 167 pounds and pushing into a size 12!!!!! Uncomfortable, feeling ugly and not wanting to be social.  After 12 weeks on Herbalife I lost 22 pounds without exercise.  This motivated me to keep using Herbalife and to get up off the sofa and do something.  Yes, in the beginning it hurt and I was embarrassed at how much I could not do.  I kept at it.  Walked longer the next time and kept adding more workout sessions.  If I can do it, you can do it!!!!! Let 2012 be a season of no excuses.  Start small and build up the endurance.  You are stronger than you know you are!  Let me motivate you!
